Urban Planning & Way-finding：The Bund

This is an urban public space branding project, including navigation system, iconography, fixture design etc..

The Bund, also called Waitan, is a famous waterfront on the west bank of Huangpu River and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. Here, the charm of Shanghai as a bustling metropolis combining the century-old history and flourishing future is fully presented, making the Bund Shanghai a must-see attraction.

Unfortunately the current status of the Bund is not ideal and friendly enough for the public. It is lacking of solid modern design system.This project is to create branding system, new navigation system and related design for public usage.
